Kevin Vitale – CEO Mr. Vitale has accumulated more than 30 years of proven leadership experience, including positions as CEO, COO, and president of emerging and established global technology companies.
Mr. Vitale’s background has included decisive management of firms ranging from venture-backed and pre-IPO start-ups to publicly traded NASDAQ companies selling enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 corporations. He has led diverse teams and developers in creating new technologies that have run the gamut, including IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, hardware, network appliances, software development, virtualization, and peripherals.
Prior to joining NetSteps, Mr. Vitale founded several investment and technology start-ups and advised new companies on launch and growth strategies, business development, financing, product development, and channels of distribution. His depth and breadth of experience have included worldwide operations, business turnaround, P&L management, and OEM manufacturing. Mr. Vitale has excelled in mergers and acquisitions, molding and shaping brands, and revamping performance standards. He has championed and implemented a diverse array of programs and procedural enhancements that have consistently improved cash flow, profitability, and customer satisfaction at all points in his career.

Dave Jaworski – VP Sales At Microsoft, Jaworski was responsible for 80 percent of the U.S. sales budget as well as heading up U.S. sales operations and Microsoft University.
Dave Jaworski has thirty years of sales, technology, and executive management experience focused on empowering people and businesses. Jaworski has worked in Executive positions ranging from start-ups to multibillion-dollar corporations. Early in his career, Jaworski put his computer science degree to good use at a pre-public Microsoft, receiving the first Bill Gates Chairman's Award for Excellence. At Microsoft, Jaworski was responsible for 80 percent of the U.S. sales budget as well as heading up U.S. sales operations and Microsoft University. He also ran technical teams including all U.S. systems engineer training and development, and developed international experience while running national sales at Microsoft Canada.
After leaving Microsoft, Jaworski served as VP of Sales for Arabesque Software, founder and CEO of Provident Ventures, Inc., Senior VP and General Manager of Gaylord Digital, the Internet division of Gaylord Entertainment and founder and CEO of PassAlong Networks - providing Digital Media and Content Management for over 200 clients including eBay. Prior to joining NetSteps, Jaworski served as Chief Technology Officer for Intero Alliance building the Intero Lifestyle Network, a content management system and digital media store platform with extensive integration of global social media. Intero delivered a customized implementation of this technology in 62 countries and 37 languages to Avon Products, Inc., the world's largest direct sales company.

Derek Maxfield – Founder & CTO Mr. Maxfield has been dedicated to bringing best-of-breed technology solutions to the Direct Sales industry for over a decade.
Mr. Maxfield began his technology career in 1999 as a software engineer at Micron Technologies, a world-leading semiconductor manufacturer. In 2001, he joined Brookline Technologies, an enterprise software provider to the direct sales industry. In his capacity as Web Development Manager, Mr. Maxfield was responsible for creating Brookline’s online presence—designing, developing, and deploying all of the company’s web applications. He recruited, hired, and managed Brookline’s web team. During this time he recognized that existing technologies did not provide the tools that field organizations needed to promote, analyze, and manage their businesses.
Mr. Maxfield left Brookline in 2004 to start NetSteps. Since that time he has been dedicated to creating the most feature-rich and efficient end-to-end solution in the direct sales industry support business, providing a new generation of technology to support corporate and field users.

Mike van Thiel – VP of Product Development Mike is currently responsible for product development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and strategic software initiatives at NetSteps.
Mr. van Thiel is a highly accomplished technology executive with a proven record of building and leading high performance development teams and delivering advanced technology solutions across multiple industries and sectors. Mr. van Thiel has over 18 years experience, most recently as Chief Technology Officer for Salt Lake City based Mangia Technologies, Vehix (a Comcast subsidiary) and Exoro Information. He has also served as the Director of Development for Ingenix, Inc. (a United Health Group subsidiary) and Quies Corporation.
Mr. van Thiel is currently responsible for product development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and strategic software initiatives at NetSteps. Mike joined the NetSteps team in October of 2011.

Chris Yadon – VP of Operations & Services Chris works closely with the implementation teams to ensure that budgets are respected, deliverables are accurate, and projects are on time.
Chris Yadon is in charge of Operations and Service at NetSteps. In this capacity he is responsible for executing customer implementations and customer satisfaction. Chris works closely with the implementation teams to ensure that budgets are respected, deliverables are accurate, and projects are on time. He also works as an executive sponsor for key relationships to ensure satisfaction and met expectations. Prior to joining NetSteps, Chris was the general manager at Apex EDI from January 2002 through January 2007. While there, he was responsible for sales and marketing, operations, and HR, and was involved in the administration of training, workloads, sales execution, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
Chris has experience in the following industries: retail, healthcare and software development. He has specialization in operational processes and resource management, together with experience in sales programs and incentives including presentation and controlled processes. Chris graduated from Brigham Young University in 2009 with a major in General Studies with an American Studies emphasis.

Mr. Davis was the Director of Fortune 500 Marketing at Microsoft, where he established the Corporate Account Marketing group. Later, as Microsoft's Director of Sales Training, he transformed the U.S. Sales Training department into Microsoft's Worldwide Sales Training organization. After leaving Microsoft, Davis became an independent marketing consultant and was founder of three privately held companies. Most recently he functioned as CEO of a web-based prescription drug technology, CMO of a clean-tech consumer products company, and Senior VP of Marketing and Sales for a marketing research company turnaround.
Davis spent nine years with DEC (Digital Equipment Corporation) in marketing, sales, and management roles. Ron started his career as a technologist in international systems and telecommunications at American Express.

He brings more than ten years' experience in accounting and financial management, including management roles in Ernst and Young's prestigious Silicon Valley office, Blue Pumpkin Software, and NextPage, Inc.
Mr. Soelberg has served as an advisor to the board of directors of Mangia Technologies, AlphaBay, and MyExtent. Mr. Soelberg currently serves on the board of directors of Marketecture, Inc. Mr. Soelberg was on full scholarship at Brigham Young University, graduated from Marriot School of Management's top-ranked School of Accountancy, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
