A field distributor with a couple of mouse clicks can select potential hosts from an integrated contact manager and issue preformatted, personalized emails inviting them to have a party. ENCORE dynamically creates a browser-accessible “host portal” complete with tools that make it easy for hosts to manage the entire party process. The hosts can log into their party portal and, using the electronic invitation feature, invite attendees to the party. An auto-generated invitation includes a personal message, the event date and time, an RSVP feature, and even a map to the party.

Invitees can then RSVP to attend, or, if they’re not able to be there in person, enjoy a “virtual party experience” and make purchases on the host’s party website accessible by PC, smartphone, or iPad. The Party Plan gives the distributor access to all of the necessary party tools in real-time - any place, anytime from any device.
